American Clarinet Treasures, Volume Two

In a continuing journey to record American composers, ACE looked back to the Society for the Publication of American Music, a non-profit, composer-led organization founded in 1919 in New York City for the publication of contemporary American chamber music. ACE will record the Sonatas for clarinet and piano by Daniel Gregory Mason (1919-20), Edward Burlingame Hill (1926-27) and Leo Sowerby (1942-43).

We turn to our loyal ACE supporters in requesting an additional contribution toward our goal of $5,000 in private contributions. Whatever the amount of your contribution, the American Chamber Ensemble family of musicians sends its collective thank you for all of your years of wonderful support. CD release will be in 2008.
