ON THE WAY
This past May, Parthenia recorded a new CD of sublime 16th-c.French songs from the age of poet Pierre de Ronsard, with soprano Julianne Baird and Renaissance violinist Robert Mealy. Also on the CD are Praetorius dances, and fantasias and ricercares by LeJeune, Du Caurroy, Modena and Coste. Keep an ear out for the late 2008 release!
